KRT2026-ADV Addendum One

The Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority (KRT) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to enter into an exclusive revenue-generating advertising concession agreement with KRT. The selected contractor will be granted the right to market, sell, produce, install, maintain, and remove advertising on designated KRT vehicles in exchange for payment of a guaranteed minimum annual amount and a percentage commission of gross advertising revenues to KRT.

The contractor shall bear all costs associated with advertiser solicitation, sales, production, installation, maintenance, removal, and administration of the advertising program.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ‘KRT2026-ADV’ and received no later than 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

The Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority (KRT) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management Services.

The selected firm will serve as Broker of Record and assist with insurance program marketing, risk management consulting, claims advocacy, and employee benefit education.

Proposal Deadline: March 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM (KRT Clock)
