What is KRTplus?

KRTplus is an on-demand transportation service that brings convenience to your doorstep. KRTplus will take you to your destination with an affordable and accessible ride.

Riders can choose from three different options when booking a KRTplus trip. (All three options also work in reverse):

  1. Connect to a fixed-route (bus line). KRTplus will pick you up at your place of origin (inside an active KRTplus zone) and take you to a fixed-route bus stop at no cost.
  2. Zone to Zone travel. KRTplus will pick you up at your place of origin (inside an active zone) and take you to your destination within the same zone. This option is currently free.
  3. Point of Interest travel. KRTplus will pick you up at your place of origin and take you to or from a Point of Interest (POI) destination. Currently, West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW) is offered as a POI travel destination. Additional POI travel destinations may be added in the future. This option costs $12 per trip.
